At the start of each project we will set up a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which is a limited company purely for the delivery of this project.


The legal title / security of the development land will be held by this SPV until the eventual title splits at the end of the project and final sale of the asset. At the point of sale / re-capitalization of the SPV then all bank finance and private investor funds will be repaid in full with the agreed interest and the SPV, which has served its purpose of the projects delivery will closed.
